There are many exciting recreation opportunities in the area, including swimming in the private pool, enjoying our redwood hut tub, visiting the beaches and the waters of the nearby Yuba River. Bridgeport, only ten minutes away, is a wonderful spot for river swimming and sun bathing. For the more adventurous, there are secluded clothing optional spots at more remote parts of the river. There are horses at the property available for riding along the roads and trails in the immediate vicinity. Golf and tennis are also available in the area. During the winter season, cross-country and downhill skiing are both available within an hour's drive. Grass Valley and Nevada City offer wonderful opportunities for sightseeing and simply hanging out. Nevada City in particular has good weekend live music at a number of venues.
